A connection between Greg Hayes and Jacob Elordi has not been established by the reliable public sources cited here. The name Greg Hayes also refers to several different people, so identifying the intended person is essential before making any claim about a relationship or shared project.
Jacob Elordi is an Australian actor. Gregory J. Hayes, one possible interpretation of “Greg Hayes,” is a business executive associated with United Technologies and RTX. Their documented careers provide useful context, but they do not explain why the two names have been paired.
Which Greg Hayes Is Being Referenced?
“Greg Hayes” is not enough information to identify one person unambiguously. Official professional profiles document several people with that name, working in different organizations.
RTX’s leadership announcement identifies Gregory J. Hayes as the company’s former chief executive and refers to him as Greg Hayes. This establishes that both forms of the name refer to the same executive in RTX’s corporate reporting.
However, Ausenco’s official profile identifies a different Greg Hayes as its vice president for Western Australia and Africa. His work concerns minerals and metals projects, including project development and execution.
Clifford Chance also lists a Greg Hayes as a senior associate. These separate profiles show why information about one person should not automatically be applied to another who shares the name.
An employer, project title or original source is needed to determine which Greg Hayes is intended in a claim involving Elordi.
What Is Gregory J. Hayes Known For?
If the intended person is the RTX executive, his professional history is documented in the company’s February 2025 announcement.
Hayes became chief executive of United Technologies Corporation in 2014 and chairman in 2016. His earlier responsibilities at the company included finance, corporate strategy and business development.
In April 2020, United Technologies’ remaining aerospace businesses merged with Raytheon Company. Hayes became chief executive of the combined company, subsequently known as RTX.
His leadership responsibilities later changed. Christopher T. Calio succeeded him as chief executive on May 2, 2024, when Hayes became executive chairman. RTX then announced that Calio would become chairman on April 30, 2025, and that Hayes would transition to a special adviser role scheduled to continue through January 2, 2026.
Those dates matter when interpreting older descriptions of Hayes. A historical biography calling him RTX’s chief executive should not be read as a statement about his present position.
Who Is Jacob Elordi?
Jacob Elordi’s public professional record centers on acting. HBO’s original announcement for Euphoria, published in July 2018, lists him as Nate among the series’ cast.
His film work includes Priscilla, the 2023 film written and directed by Sofia Coppola. A24’s official film page names Elordi alongside Cailee Spaeny and Dagmara Dominczyk. The film presents Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s courtship and marriage through Priscilla’s perspective.
Elordi also played the Creature in Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein. In a November 2025 interview with Netflix Tudum, he discussed preparing for the performance and working with del Toro and Creature designer Mike Hill.
The interview describes how prosthetics, dentures, movement and vocal preparation contributed to the character. It provides direct evidence of Elordi’s involvement in the production and identifies specific creative collaborators.
These credits establish Elordi’s acting work without relying on unsupported claims about his private life.
Do Their Career Records Establish a Relationship?
The cited corporate announcements, professional profiles and production materials document individual careers. They do not establish a family relationship, business partnership or entertainment collaboration between Greg Hayes and Jacob Elordi.
Different professional fields alone cannot prove that two people have never met or worked together. Equally, placing their names together in an article does not establish that they have a connection.
A meaningful claim would need evidence identifying both people and explaining the relationship: for example, an official project credit, a direct interview or reputable reporting about a specific event.
Until that evidence is available, the accurate distinction is between verified identities and an unverified association. Gregory J. Hayes’s corporate history and Jacob Elordi’s acting credits can be described independently, but they should not be presented as a shared story.
